Once your order is placed and payment has been received, you will receive an order confirmation. Your items are then carefully prepared and packed within 1-2 business days. Kindly note that sales may affect the processing time of your order.
Once ready, your parcel is handed over to the courier of your choice or arranged courier service (please specify this in delivery notes). You will be notified when your order is ready for dispatch.
